I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was surprisingly spacious for its size. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff thoughtfully provided tea and coffee supplies, and even arranged for our arrival with a key in a secure box when our flight was delayed.

The water pressure in the bathroom was phenomenal.

The room was much too small, making it a challenge for two guests with large suitcases. It quickly became cramped, which made our stay less enjoyable. Also, the towels were only changed on day three, and a full cleaning was only done on day five, which felt inadequate.

Slightly far from Ueno Station, but manageable.

The Family Suite had decent space for a family, and the air conditioning provided some much-needed relief from the heat. Water pressure in the bathroom stood out, delivering a strong shower experience.

The air conditioning vent emitted a strong, unpleasant smell when not running, making the room less than inviting. Getting to the nearest station required a 15-minute walk, which could be a hassle with luggage. Additionally, the room wasn’t entirely clean, with some stray hair found upon check-in, and using a larger suitcase was difficult due to limited space.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park and close to two convenience stores. I particularly appreciated the water pressure in the bathroom, which was fantastic. The hotel even had a microwave available in the lobby for guest use.

The toilet's heat function wasn't working during my stay, which was a minor inconvenience.

Wi-fi was often slow and disconnecting. Clean room with a flat-screen TV and kettle.

I had a wonderful stay at Ueno Woo Hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Ueno Park and the station. The staff were kind and accommodating, providing a microwave and even a plug converter. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding.

The Standard Double Room was compact but pretty comfy! The bed was great, perfect for falling asleep after a long day. I loved that it stayed dark in the morning thanks to the window coating and curtains. Plus, the hotel was close to Ueno Park and the metro, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Overall, a solid spot for a solo traveler.
